Company not Clearing Dues including 2 months salary after resignation

After a formal reminder to hr to clear 2 months salary and other due. My Previous company also not providing reliving letter even after returning all company property. Its been 35 days now after resignation. Please guide me how to deal under this circumstance ?
Sent them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization.
If they still fails to make any response then you can drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction.
