my 4th months salary already due which is not pay the company and several times company give me a fake assurance. what to do. please help me

My opinion that you have ample scope to raise legitimate demand against the company for dues of 4 months salary at the competent forum/forums,first you establish your legitimate claim /claims before the said company then you move before the forum for clear the claim.
