Company made me sign bond and asking me to stay in branch for 1 year.

I M working in my current company since may2014. After one year my company send me China with factory head for training only for 6 days. And they Take my signature on bond, they said I have to take a training & deliver the same in company other branch it will take only 1-2 month.I agreed & Signed. Now they are saying I have to stay their branch & transferring me I don't want to stay there because my family in Mumbai & my 1 year old daUghter with medical treatment. My wife is alone & not possible to daily go hospital for treatment. So plz suggest what should I do ?
Your course of action would depend entirely on the terms of the contract. You may have the contract terminated based on the provisions of the contract. Usually, such contracts require you to pay a penalty amount in lieu of the training they have provided you if you do not complete the mandatory term of service.
