Company kept original documents but giving it back

Dear Sir, working for some IT co. in B'lore as fresher. I got this job on an agreement by submiting originals (SSC, +2, B.Sc, MBA and Passport) to them. In interview, they said they'll give me bank locker key, and salary will be 20k but after 6 months - 40k. After giving originals, he dint give locker key. When I checked with 2yrs old emp, salary is not even 40k. Now I dont want to work in this company. Kindly show me a way out with my originals. I got acknowledgement letter. There is no PF-ESI for me n others (nt sure whether for all). If I break law, penalty = 5 lacs. Co. size:50+
Your employment with a private company is governed by the letter of appointment issued to your by the company and comes under the ambit of Contract Act. If it is mentioned in the terms and condition of the employment contract that you would be issued a bank locker and regarding your salary then the company is bound to provide you with the same. if the it does not happen then you could serve the company with a legal notice for implementation of the terms and conditions of the contract.
