Company is not providing relieving letter even after serving notice

Hi, I was working with a company for last 5.5 years and I have serverd 2 months notice period. But on my last day they didn't provide me relieving letter and asking for monay.

Dear Client,

As per your query you have served the valid notice period to the company i presume. So under what conditions is your company is asking for money and what all documents of your's have been forfeited by them?

Have they cleared your FNF in this regard?

Dear sir ,go through the terms and conditions of your appointment letter.if company is violetiing the terms & condition then file a case in the labour court undet the mentioned jurisdiction.for more help you may contact me.

Send them a legal notice and push for your full and final settlement and release of your experience/relieving letter. In case they fail to comply with your legal notice, you can take a Legal action against them in the labor court....
