Company is not paying the invoice what can be done

There is company in delhi which is not clearing my invoice of 70k, which i have generated for my services and they are keep on delaying it from there end. Can you please suggest are there any legal steps i can follow so that they may clear it? if any fees is required for it, please let me know in advance, there is limited budget with me. Please share the contact and i may get in touch

You need to first clarify what was the business transaction between you and the Co. If it's not commercial but for earning your livelihood, you can file complaint before Consumer Forum for reimbursement and also for mental agony or hardship. Before this , it's advisable to go for legal notice
