Company is not paying pending dues what can be done

I worked for a company from may 16- aug 16. Aug end i had accident n keep posted my situation to the director On whoch dey said to come once u get okay In between i got any things , relatives and got busy vd other things. I askrd them if i can do fnf with them. They said to come n meet Many times i tell them that i m coming but they told me not available in offc etc. Finally after toking to him, he said they vl relrase my salary after 6 months and when i put objection on it they said they will not release it further. What i shall do to get my salary back Please please help me
If you have salary book or appointment letter at the time when you have joined as a employee suit against company asnd also criminal fir lodged against owner and such person , you have right to recover your salary as a interest by a tribunals

Shoot a legal notice to your boss asking him to immediately release the arrears of your salary, incase he fails to do that, move a complaint before the the labour commissioner of your region. I think this will serve the purpose.
