Company is not increasing the salary for past 4 years, please advise

In a company I am working from five years, past four years I did not get any salary increment. How can I fight with them

You can ask them to release their HR policy in relation to retrenchment, recruitment, promotion and increment. If they refuse to do so, then you can send them a legal notice asking them in written as to why your salary has remained same through these four years and so. If they try to remove you from the job then you can drag them before the court for illegal removal and can ask heavy compensation in against the same.

You can review the contract signed between you and your employer containing details regarding future salary review. If your contract says, you are supposed to get hike than either you can talk to your boss about it professionally and politely or if that doesn't help you can file a case in court asking for desired increment over the years that you have lost as breach of contract or you can hunt for a new job.
