Company is forcing me to join due to acceptance of offer

I have declined joining to one Bangalore based Company after accepting Employment offer.
In offer letter they have mentioned as below
"If you fail or refuse to join the Company as mentioned in the offer letter after accepting the same, the Company has the right to recover the cost involved in your recruiting process; you are liable to pay the cost or an amount equivalent to 10% of the offered CTC whichever is higher."
Could you please suggest best approach to avoid this loss?
this is not a big issue use your legal notice to the company and company cannot give you attract your liberty to join or not Deccan auto give a trip to you and from you that is totally illegal so if an opportunity given to me I am ready to help you
