Company has not settled pending dues, what action can i take?

Respected Sir/ Mam,Namaste. After working almost 11 years in an MNC co.( Jetinks Pvt Ltd),I resigned on dated:-26/10/2016.they released October month salary in November & one month notice period Salary in December-2016.Actually ,they have accepted my resignation with immediate effect & then no communication at all.I have sent so many emails to them for full & final settlement but not replied me yet.Actually they are waiting that as soon as joined any other competitors then they will have the reason to hold all my dues,but unfortunately I am still unemployed.There are 2 months pending expenses + EL+ CL+ Incentive+ Pending Bonus but they are still not sending me the total amount details yet?Afterfilling Grievance to EPF office 3-4 days back they applied for withdrawal of my EPF! So,Please tell me how can I recover my hard earned money ? Regards

Hi
First of all your designation in company is to be cleared. Then only we can decide whether it's come under labour law or specific performance act. We will notice ur company through its management so u plz clarify ur position.
Your case is good on merits.

best option for you is to file an application under payment of wages act before authorised officer.. they would get you all hou need and work very fast. you can also file case by yoursef if due not much but it would be good of you file theough any advocate..
