Company has not paid up salary from past one year

: I hv been working in a ltd company for last 4 yrs. i have not received my salaries and other wages for last one year. I when I joined every thing was ok and I received 10% increment due to good performance in Apr-2013. after 2014 some financial problem started with company and our salaries were getting delay 2-3 months. In Apr-2015 every thing had been streamline and we received all out due and company started functioning normally. Again from July -2015 financial problem of company started and again salaries started delay and last salary that I received was Aug-15. after that no salary.. pl advice me is there any govt authority( like labour or employee helpline) where I can go/contact or I hv to go for legal action
Yes there is legal relief for you depends upon your position. In case you come under labour you may approach to labour court under industrial dispute act 1947. And otherwise you can approach to civil court with proper advice

At the outset I have to make you clear that neither you disclosed your location, nor the nature of company business which is very essential to suggest the remedy. however you may approach labour court under payment of wages act, if you are covered by your state industrial relation act or you may approach the High Court which has territorial jurisdiction at your place through a Petition under article 226 of Constitution of India.
