For your salary if they are not giving you have to issue mail first and then hv to issue legal notice for your legally payable dues towards company. For your legal rights you hv to comply your terms and condit

Please take note of following -
If you are still in the company then scheduled a meeting with HR for this issue and if that do not brings any positive results for you then raise this matter before higher authority. If that too do not works then you can either ask for internal commission over this subject or you can send them a legal notice in this regard. If you have left the organization then read below mentioned points.
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization.
2.If they fails to respond to the notice or do not give any proper reply to the notice then you are free to approach the competent court of jurisdiction for the same.

You have following 3 civil remidies to recover your amount from the company.
1. Winding up petition in the concerned high court where the registered office of the company is situated provided the amount is minimum more than Rs. 1 lakh.
2. File a order 37 summary suit for recovery of your amount.
3. File a regular civil suit for recovery of your salary amount.
