If you resigned then you must have not have any grievances and if made you file resignation then your case had another aspect. Note that if you falling in second category then following remedy will be for you.1 if your company is a State within the meaning of article 12 of the constitution then you can approach concern high court or CAT at concern branch as per jurisdiction and if it is not a State and it is a private body then you have to approach concerned labour court having jurisdiction. For more clarification you can approach me directly on call by means of Lawrato.com by following the norms and rules.

Dear Client,
Serving a notice is a mandate, leaving the company without the same is not only ethically or morally wrong but also attracts legal consequences for the same. Technically you should not accept the salary for the period you haven't worked, but at the same time you should not let your salary lapse for the period you have worked. Rest is of your discretion.

you may get the clearance letter and also the remaining salary . there should not be a doubt about why you shouldn't recieve the amount due to you . as you have served the resignation in writing the company would have waited on notice period
