Is there was any duty of owner of compnay in whcih you had started to work and other employees of his office had harrase you in that city in PG and Office. Is there was any responsibilty of owner of the compnay to wards this that other employee in office wotn disturb another single employee of his company.
yes, you can file a complaint against the employees who are harassing you with the HR before making a complaint with the owner of the company. it is the duty of the HR to take care of such happenings in the office.
