What case is filed by D?
As you stated if everything is done so transparently then you need not worry, just let me know what case is being filed by D and what irregularities he is claiming to have been done by B?

As per your query
"A" wife of "B" Owner of Xyz enterprizes is "A" B working in ABC pvt ltd. "A " sale material to ABC pvt ltd through xyz enterprizes. D is the owner of ABC pvt ltd. "D" Checked that payments of xyz enterprizes done by "B" very fast. Payments made by cheque with signature of "D" Material received to ABC pvt. Ltd from Xyz enterprizes on invoice and delivery challan. Material inward entry done ,material receiving done ,quality checked . Total this record available in ABC pvt.ltd. Then D how can file the case on Xyz enterprizes or On B.


D can file case against B only if D as record or proffe. Meare checking record doesn't stand case.
