Company did not pay full and final settlement amount

Worked for 1 month in a company then I resigned company told me that they will credit full and final settlement within 15 days it has been more then a month. what are my legal rights?

For one month's work what kind of settlement had they offered you. If you were on probation then even notice period pay may not be applicable to you. Didn't they pay you your one month salary because in all likelihood that is all that you can legally claim. In any case, depending on the amount at stake decide whether it is cost-effective of availing of the court process.

Please take note of following -
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization.
2. If they fails to respond to the notice or do not gives any proper response thereto then you can come against them before the competent court of jurisdiction.
