company did not accept my resignation and now not paying my salary

I send my resignation mail to hr and manager as per the company policy but they didn't process it as per the company policy and didn't send me acknowledgment staring my resignation got accepted or not . And when I regularly asked about these thing they said you were not coming to office from the day you resigned which was totally baseless . And they didn't accept my resignation and suspended my salary . After that I stopped going office . In 90 days notice period I went for 30 days and I am ready to pay for 60 days but the thing is they are telling me you didn't come office for 90 days so you

You should send a mail for resignation to your compamy's HR as per the terms of resignation as mentioned in the letter of your employment. Along with that send a copy of your resignation through a registered post as well.

In case the company does not accept your resignation even after you have taken these steps, you may issue them a legal notice through a lawyer and can also claim your dues through the said legal notice.
