Company denied the full payment for a part time job

I worked as a tour coordinator in a travel company for a 4 day trip. At a time of hiring they did not provide any joinning later and now after 4 day of ending the trip{work} they handed over me 3 day payment. What shuld I do now?
Please keep all the previous communications like email etc made by you to the company for reference and records. Send a notice to the company to settle your dues for all four days and also mention the full description of the four days of the tour that you coordinated. Mention the name of the places visited and the hotel that you stayed for each day of four days tour.
See if they have valid reasons to explain the deduction for one day of dues. Even this notice will act as good evidence. If they do not provide good reasons then send them a legal notice under relevant labour and employment laws.

As per my understanding, the understanding of being paid for 4 days was made orally and no written contract might have been executed by you. but through evidence the same may be proved. what is the mode of payment?
