Company closed due to losses how to claim compensation

My father worked in bpl Pvt. Lmt. For 20 years and it was closed due to losses and now employees are demanding compensation for their loss.
Yes they if they were enable to provide prior notice then the employee of the company can claim compensation from the employer. Also, the employer is liable to pay one month wage in lieu of notice and 15 days average pay of every completed years of continuous service or any part thereof in excess of six months. Your Father can claim the said compensation.
