Company charging higher cost deduction for group training

Cases as below: • Undertaken a training during employment with previous organization.This is the group training meant for group of people.There is no signing of the bond and intimation at the enrolment of the training. • On exit they are charging the amount Rs 55000/ ,20% higher than the market price.Also I have not completed the certification also.Rs 25000 is the cost of certification.This means that they can only charge me for the training content I have used. • Policy document also states that group training s to be computed on the prorate basis while charging back to employee .Pls help
