03-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have been sent to USA for training/transition process to mumbai. i was in USA for 92 days. Now when i came back company is asked me to sign bond for 3 years. company has policy if someone visit for more then 60 days to overseas they need to sign a bond for 3 years and if some one break/resign/leave company the employee needs to pay 3 times of annual CTC. when i came back i started seeing colours of management which is not at all employee centric and hence i want resign. will they recover money from me. is it legal?

you do not resin the present your employment without following provisions of the contractual bond .compay policy will not be prevail to your service contract. your company is a factory or eastablishment . if you are working in factory and sttreanth of empolees is more than 50 then employer cant force to u. but it depend about the reason also. whats is reason to leave the company now ?
