Company asking to sign a bond, not ready to share it copy or T&C in it

Hi Sir,Iam getting an offer from a company but they want me to sign a 2yr bond and they r not ready to give me a copy of the bond or t and c of the bond neither before or after or before I sign the bond iam not very sure if bond is illegal in India as they want me to sign in stamp paper and give them I very much spectical to do that my training also will not cost anything as the ho is in chennai then why they will mention a lakh or 2 lakh as training charge,and they said they will not give the bond copy to me to show to any outsider even before or after signing the bond should I pay them if I break the bond in between the so called lakh or 2 which in truth they won't be really spending,please advice how to I show the copy to an advocate if they dont give one any why they are refraining from giving the copy.how do I sign
Being a Lawyer I will advise you not to sign on anything without reading it thoroughly. The company is required to disclose the terms and conditions of the bond.
