Company asking for NOC from local police to confirm no case on me

On BGV process company has identified that there is civil case on me as respondent and case filled by Father as petiontiner. But I have never been arrested nor I had attended court date etc.. Now company asking to provide NOC from Local Police but here my question why and how this false message got in BGV.
Your father can file an affidavit in your company stating that he has not filed any case against you in any Court of law.
