Company asking for money for never coming back after first day

I went on to join a startup named Obsessory situated in HSR Layout Bangalore on March 01,2017 but I didn't like the company's working environment so I never went back after the first day and I didn't take any money from them. I submitted few(not all though) of required documents as part of joining formalities on first day. I got a show cause notice mail from them which I ignored and then I got a termination mail on 17th of March 2017 but now they are asking me to pay 1.2 lacs as FnF settlement and today I got a mail saying that legal action will be invoked against me as per arbitration in accordance with Clause 16 of the Employment Contract. I need legal help in this. Please let me know if I really need to pay them for this or should I take legal action against them for this?
In this case you need to hire a god lawyer and then look into the policy of the company. You also need to see that whether you have signed any bond in this regard for not leaving the job. If you have signed any bond then all your activities will be governed by the terms of the agreement of that bond.
