College stopped crediting salary what legal action can be taken

I am post graduate with a industrial experience.I worked in a private college(chiplun,Maharastra) as a lecturer . 3 months is passed , the college authority has not giving me any joining letter etc. They offered only 6500 pm, which is as less than as any daily wages laborer. They tried to shift me to primary school and when i refused(as my qualification doesn't match to primary school) they stopped my sallary. only 1 and half month salary is paid directly into my account(BOI). All the staff at this college is working at the same pay scale even experienced.kindly help. other staff aslo benefit
