Cleared result of exam put on wait and reserve list what to do now

Sir I gave exam last year for bank Po i cleared it gave interview and on declaration of result i was allotted in waiting and said selection is due on vaccancy arised due to non joining of candidates or seats remain vaccant due to any reason due now Pnb bank have 128 seats unfilled from orginally 834 128 didnt joined but now pnb said they dont want POs anymore for this year and for next year for frsh recruitment they have already asked 750 candidates please guide me what to do... there were many cases in past against banks nd IBPS( institution that conducts exams for banks) and all of them had been won by candidates .... PLease Guide Us we are around 1000 people whom career are at stake
you can file a case against the bank for not recruiting the people who have cleared the exams. you need to have appropriate proof and also documents relating to your examination and banks statement for denying you to be recruited. the court will decide on this
