Clarification on oral termination by school authority

i am B.A.,B.P.ED. asst.teacher society given me 11 months appoinment order Purly Temporory on clear vacancy i have complited 2 years asst.teacher also complited B.Ed.in service from YCMOU , i was serve in high school before compliting my B.ed. society oral terminate me because you are not trained teacher you are a untrained teacher your appoinment not by procedure,school tribunal judgement in my favour to reinstat me on post of asst.teacher original post with consquantinal benifits,society went to high court ,high court allow society writ pitition so what i do i go to suprime court or not please give suggestion in this matter can i success or unsuccess in suprime court -
This is my response to you:
1. Your case is of temporary worker or a contract worker;
2. Since you were employed on contract basis and not selected through on merits therefore there are no safeguards meant for you;
3. Hence the High court rejected your case and mostly Supreme Court also might;
4. But still you can approach the Supreme Court and seek sympathy and pity on you and reinstate you;
5. Maybe the Supreme Court can, out of rare opinion, protect the interests of teachers like you and give them job security;
6. Maybe the Supreme Court will regularize all the teachers who are on contract;
7. So you should definitely approach and try your best luck in the Supreme Court.
