12-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I worked for 4 yr 241 days in a BEML in bangalore & resigned with the proper approval & joined in HAL Bangalore. After denial I complained to ALC (Central) Bangalore, after hearing ALC give verdict in favour me. Than BEML appeal to DY CLC, Bangalore but 1st 2 hearing dt BAML not attended & in 3rd hearing their Advocate attended & adjourned for next date. My question is if appealant auth. give decision against me what is the next step for me & also I want to know my demand of gratuity is legal as per law. Just opinion want.
