Clarification on caste and reservation

HELLO SIR/MADAM,
PREVIOUSLY I BELONGED TO AN O.B.C CAST WHICH HAD BEEN INCLUDED INTO S.C CAST LAST YEAR BY BIHAR GOVERNMENT, SO THEN I APPLIED FROM S.C CAST TO BANK JOBS AND I HAVE CLEARED BANK EXAM AND CALLED FOR INTERVIEW BUT NOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT PATNA HIGH COURT STAYED THE INCLUSION OF MY CAST INTO S.C CAST AND RESULT IS PENDING. SO I AM CONFUSED I WANT TO KNOW AT PRESENT I BELONG TO WHICH CATEGORY EITHER O.B.C OR S.C; AND WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF PATNA HIGH COURT GIVES VERDICT OF NOT INCLUDING MY CAST INTO S.C CAST. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER... THANKS IN ADVANCE..
You will have to wait till the Patna High Court gives the final verdict on the matter in question. Now, if the verdict given by the Hon'ble High Court rejects the plea of inclusion of the said OBC cast into SC category then you will belong to the previous OBC caste.

Since there is a stay order passed by the Patna High Court, as on date your case will be in the OBC category. If the final order is passed by the court, cancelling the grouping of your case as SC and reverting it back to OBC, you'll have to approach the Supreme Court.
