Clarification on act of breach
24-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was working in a company for last 2 year as trainee. In this period i was in client site for a company for 3 month. after the client site is over the client company offer me a job which i have taken.. but in my appraisal letter it is written i cannot join the company otherwise the company can recover business losses and/or potential business losses from you in case of such breach.
As i am only trainee there does it apply to me if yes then how much they can recover from me.?
What is appraisal letter you have mentioned it literally means sort of report but do you mean appointment letter. Please clarify it and whether you have signed any indemnity bond or contract/agreement to this effect with the company please do mail your papers for an exact advice.
