Child care leave not sanctioned

Dear sir,
Myself pooja working as teacher in rajasthan govt .
Yesterday i gone to DDO for child care leave with application and filled performa and doctor slip of my 7 months old baby.
But he did talk very rudely and he denied it without reading anything.
And he also not mentioning reason on that why he is rejecting it.
He is saying "aapko jo krna h krlo jisse phone krvana h krvalo"
Really i am so sad
Not understanding what i need to do
Please help what action i need to take now
Dear client,
File a representation and get a receipt thereof and file a writ petition before the court. You will surely get your child care leave sanctioned bye the Court's order.
As per rules you are entitled for the same so without any hesitation you can file a petition
