Cheating and default by franchiser

Paid amount to Franchiser to set up business in July 2023. After receiving 90% of the amount franchiser defaulted to supply the machinery. promised to deliver machinery in a month after multiple times. After couple of weeks stopped responding to messages and aborted the number. Its close to a year since i had last communicated with him. Suggest me what are the ways i can file an file and what sections to be included. How to recover my money

hi first need to see the contents of the franchise agreement and its dispute resolution clause and then you could send legal notice asking him go return the money paid by you and then could file civil suit
