Cheated by the employer and not get salary for more than 2 months.

I was working in idea outbound call centre and doing my work.Here all my colleagues left thier jobs because of non-payement of salary by the employer.i thought this would not happen to me.But i was wrong.I have been working there for 2 months and employer not gave my salary for even a month.Now i have a voice evidence against the employer and i want to punish him.How can i?? Please tell me.
Hello..yes, you can file a case in labour law Department under payment of wages. If you have the electronic evidence that will surely help you in case as these are admissible evidence now. Thank you..
