General terms and conditions of employment is changed when employment is transferred from one owner to another what happens? 1. New employer treated old service as continuity of service without unbroken. 2. New contract is void contract due to general terms and conditions of employment is changed like salary structure, retirement benefits changed, promotion policy changed etc.

Your employment in a private sector is governed your employment contract. In case in where the owner of the company is changed then the contract with your old employer will cease to exist. New contract will be formed with the new owner of the company according to the new terms and condition.
