Central university rejected my application is this legal

I applied for the post of section officer in Central University of Tamilnadu through online mode. My application was rejected by the university as other details in the online application were not uploaded. Though there is not mistake of my own,my application is rejected. Can I file a case in Madras High court for seeking the permission for the written exam which is going to be held on 28-1-2017. is this possible
Yes. It is possible. You can file a case before the high court for the direction to consider your application since there is no mistake was committed by you. But soon you have to file the case since Friday is holiday.
