Case pending in court will I be disqualified for a government job

Sir there was a case against me filed in 2009.The party who has filed the case had made the allegations that i have beaten him in school. I am on court bail. The party who has filed the case has not appeared in court. From 2015 I am appearing in the court on respective dates. The court had issued notice twice for them but still they have not appeared. I have qualified for government job. Just tell me that is there will be any hindrance due to the above things

no. untill you are convicted you cannot be disqualified for selection. only thing that the employer would seek is your true and fair declaration at the time of the selection process. if the case against u fails u are as innocent as any body else.

Pendency of criminal proceedings does not bars you from getting a government job, but you have to disclose the same on affidavit to your appointing authority, if they ask for. There are Lacuna of judgment of Supreme Court and various High Courts which will support you.
