cancellation of the construction agreement
11-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
have a construction agreement done with a builder (20 RS stamp paper & not registered ) & the builder has not completed withing 12 months of the agreed period . Now its 2.5yrs over & he has not turned up . I'm starting with a new builder . Has the previous builder has any grounds to go legally against me .

Your construction agreement based only he can take any legal action against you.if possible sent legal notice against the old builder in the notice u must discuss the breach of contract, agreement of ur contract.
