Can we file review petition in HC after judgement of DB?

Sir, can we file the review petition in high court after judgment of double bench?
If yes then what is the time limit to file review petition? If filling review petition is practically good or we should go directly to Supreme Court? As we are not rich enough to bear huge expenses can we afford Supreme court lawyer and expenses.
Hi first of all u can file a review petition and all u can go to SC also and all or u can challenge the same order of Hc in same court what is the matter and all

The grounds for review are that if there is any error apparent on record, some material irregularity or there is some new fact/evidence which has now appeared and couldnt be placed before the DB. If you are aggrieved of the order I suggest you file an SLP before Supreme Court. The cost of filing in SC can be minimized and depends from advocate to advocate. But remedy is SLP eventually.
