Can step mother ask for the pension benefits of father?

Hello sir mere papa railway mein employer the unhi ne meri mammi ko bina court se divorce diye second shaadi karli usko pass aur medical suvidha bhi dedi meri mammi ne family court case kiya jadge ne unhe gurara bhata band diya mar ke ghar mein 10 rubaye ke stamp paper par talak de diya par na meri mammi ne mana aur na jadge ne mere papa ne railway mein service record aur pf nominee apni behan ke husband ke naam kardiya tha ab woh aurat aur papa ki behan ke husband bol rahe hai ki tum log mujhe paisa pension likho main tumahre bhai ko noukri likhugi sir kya aisa hota hai ki sab kuch unhi logo ko milega hum bhai behan aur maa ko kuch nhi aur dusri aurat ke paas shaadi ka certificate bhi nhi plz sir help me jawab dijiega zarur

As long as i can understand your concern, you are the legal heir of your father's family pension. I presume that you will have all the requiste document which will establish you as the sole legal heir of your father.
