Can section 144 CrPC affect my job recruitment?

18-Mar-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I have recently appeared for govt jobs and i have been asked in the formalities if i have ever been prosecuted/convicted/acquitted in a court of law?I am not sure of what to tick, because there was an issue in 2015 regarding our property in which both my father's and my name came up.A magistrate letter was sent to our local police station to ensure that peaceful occupation can take place. We didnt have to go the court or anywhere just the police station to collect the copy of the order.IT's 2017 now and is it going ot affect my career? Whta should i write where they have asked if i have been prosecuted/convicted/acquitted in a court of law. Please help.

MY OPINION THAT the matter is serious because if you have received any summon / summons from the court /courts and if any type of prosecution is proceed /proceeds against you basically & if any serious step has been taken against you by the Learned Magistrate by any means ,you are bound to inform to your authority by the legal ways.
