Can person be terminated if he produces false caste certificate ?

Dear sir with due respect, if someone produce fake cast certificate in job but he is selected under unreserved category. Is his job terminate .
Misrepresentation of facts or documents or status is a criminal offence under the criminal laws of India. So if you have done it then you will be punished for the same despite being the situation whether you have gained anything out of it or not.
It's just a matter of chance that you have been selected in unreserved category despite fudging data for the job under reserved category. Had that would not have happened then you would have been selected under reserved category.

Yes if the person has falsely produced a certificate in his/her document that will make him/her guilty of forging documents thereby terminating his/her job ab-initio that is from the very beginning.

False caste certificate calls for confiscation and cancellation of false caste certificates by the scrutiny committee if the caste certificate was found to be false and the order passed by the scrutiny committee under the Act shall be final and shall not be challenged before any authority or Court except the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitutionandwithdrawal of the benefits secured on the basis of the false caste certificate
