Can oral resignation be denied by employee. Any relevant precedents?

can oral resignation be accepted and what if the employee denies it? Case laws of karnataka high court according oral resignation.
Oral resignation by whom is it by the employee ? See in any work place there will be a company policy and as per that employee can resign and no necessity of oral resignation. If you are an employee and not interested to continue the work then you can resign as per the company formalities. If you don't want your resignation benefits like Full and final settlement, reliving letter etc then you can leave and go. Check with your employer. First of all question itself is an stupid one and you are asking Supreme Court citation it is not library.
