CAN OBC QUOTA GOVT JOB BE GIVEN TO SISTER

My sister got government job in an insurance company in 2015 based on OBC reservation criteria.As my father is employed in PSU on the post of Chargehand and his income is above 6 lakhs per annum and my income is also 3.5 lakhs per annum which makes our total family income as 9.5 lakhs per annum.But as per OBC reservation rules the benefit of reservation is for those of Non-Creamy layer whose family income is under 6 lakhs.The family income above 6 laks falls under OBC ceamy layer criteria and are hence not entiltled for any reservation benefits or job.So,in this case our family income is 9.5 lakhs ,do we fall under OBC creamy layer criteria.Is my sister not entiteled for reservation benefit.Will she be liable for termination from her job if any enquiry commitee stands.What the chances that her employment will be terminated.Will she be able to apply to any other government jobs in the future.
