Can my office (LIC) terminate me if I have completed 5 yrs in service?

Hai sir i am working in lic of India kavali branch ap, as a temporary peon on daily wages basis.I joined on 03/2009.but corporation pays salary with different names and given cash .in 04/2011 corporation given appointment letter ,wage slip and maintain attendance register still working recently they paid salary by neft from 10/2016.I am completed service in lic more than 5yrs.in 2011 lic absorb more than 5 yrs service workers and recently supreme court says 80 days service workers are eligible.but our branch manager says we will terminate from service with in 2 months .so pls give suggested me how to proceed legal action. in our division more than 100 numbers like me
is there any document to show whether you r working since 2009 and also other documents as to prove your working experience if yes than make a representation to the higher authorities and after their reply you can proceed to the hc to file wp to regulise the service
