Can KVS take action on false marital status

If by mistake someone declare himself unmarried during joining the job and some one can prove and write to kendriya vidyalaya sangathan that the person was married and undergoing divorce at the time of joining the job will thr job be terminated..?Divorce was filled before getting the job and divorce was obtained after joing the job.no legal case was against the person who got the job in kvs
it is not necessary that kendriya vidyalaya sangathan may take action or not. You can file a written complaint an enquiry team would be appointed a proper report would be filed and in case the person is found guilty necessary action may be taken.
