if you living separately then you get hra and it's also exemption in tax so you clam your hra because you are not living with your father and you pay your rent so submit your rent agreement and claim hra in your office as PSU

If you are living separately from your father and paying rent to your land lord you are entitled to get HRA no matter govt has allotted accommodation to your father.
A person shall not be entitled for HRA only when -(read point 2 for your condition)
(1) that person shares Government accommodation allotted rent free to another Government servant or (2) that person resides in accommodation allotted to his/her parents/son/daughter by the Central Government, State Government, an Autonomous Public Undertaking or semi-government organization such as Municipality, Port Trust, Nationalized Banks, Life Insurance Corporation of India, etc. (iii) His wife/her husband has been allotted accommodation at the same station by the Central Government, State Government, an Autonomous Public Undertaking or semi-Government Organization such as Municipality, Port Trust, etc., whether he/she resides in that accommodation or he/she resides separately in accommodation rented by him/her.

In your case you are living separately so you will enjoy your hra.
