Can i join a govt job while my case is pending in court?

A criminal case is pending against me under IPC 420,465 CAN i join service in government?

It is required for you to prove yourself innocent in case which is pending against you. Unless the case is pending before court your application even if moved for government job will be under consideration. Fight your case by engaging a good lawyer and finish it off as soon as possible and then you are a free bird.

Registration of a criminal case is is no bar for your appointment in a government job . However while filling up the application forms you must mention it specifically against the column provided in the former. You must contest your case diligently and engage a good lawyer.
