Can i join a client without telling my employer.

23-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, I currently work for an IT company. I am 3 years experienced. A year ago, I was outsourced to a big MNC. Now the MNC is in shortage of resources and wants to hire. It will be a very good oportunity for me. they contacted my company but my company did not agree. I cannot join them directly as I have signed an agreement when I joined my company which states that I cannot join a client of my company till 9 months of separation from my company. So I just wanted to know if there are any loopholes where I can join the client. And also, will it be a big legal issue if I join the client without my company knowing where I am headed to. ? please help out.
