Can I hide ongoing court case while filling IBPS bank PO job

11-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Sir i have a ongoing false petty case on me and on my father but i have not mentioned about it while applying for IBPS Po bank job but now i came to know that if at the time of police verification they found about this case they will terminate the employee , So sir please suggest me what to do. If i mention it at the time of documentation or before joing , will the ibps recruitment panel exempt me for this or they simply disqualify me.

In normal case there should be not much problem. In law an accused is presumed to be innocent till proved guilty. Mere pendency of criminal case against you should not be a problem for joining.

But think whether in your application for job, have you given incorrect answer about pendency of criminal case against you? Have you suppressed that fact in your application and still signed the application with the statement that whatever information you disclosed in the application is true? Is there any such a situation? If no, then no worry.

If yes, then though there may not be a problem at the time of joining, but in there may be a problem in future on exposure of that fact to the Master / Employer. It may result in termination.
