Can I get a stay on my APAR report in Central Administrative Tribunal?

i work in central Governemnt and want to put a stay on my APAR report to be filed by my senior officers for 2017-18 in CAT,is it possible
First of all rules differ from one deoartment to another so it is requested to you to provide the name of the department as well. If there is gross miscarriage of justice against you then only it is possible to do so. It is important to clarify here that you can send a representation against the APAR report to the competent authority within stipulated time period after it is communicated to you and only after it's decision it is advisable to approach CAT. In most of the departments during such pendency adverse remark in the APAR shall not be considered as operative.
